ACCOUNT VERIFICATION CHECKLISTIn order to verify your Trading Account, please provide the following documents:
Proof of identity: only one document from the following list is required• current, valid full passport (must show full name, nationality, place and date of birth, passport number, expiry date, photograph, and signature)
• current, valid ID card (must show full name, nationality, place and date of birth, ID number, expiry date, photograph, and signature)
• current, valid photo-card driving license (must show full name, date of birth, expiry date, photograph, and signature)
The document must be in color with all 4 corners visible
Proof of address: only one document from the following list is required• household utility bill (e.g. gas, electric, water, telephone or TV)
• bank, building society, or credit card statement
• local authority tax bill (e.g. council tax)
• Tax Authority document (e.g. tax assessment or statement of account)
• or any other bill, statement or letter from a local authority or government office
The document must contain full name, current address and be no more than three months old. All 4 corners of the document must be visible
Proof of payment• Credit/Debit Card (must show full name, first 6 and last 4 digits and expiry date on the front and your signature on the back of the card. Proof of card ownership is required for all Credit/Debit Cards without the cardholder’s name)
The card copy must be in color with all 4 corners visible
Declaration of Deposit• Please complete the Declaration of Deposit that has been sent to you in a separate email
